Delete your Zavki account

You can delete your account at any time, straight from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.

In the app (fastest)

  1. 1Open Zavki and sign in.
  2. 2Customers: go to Profile. Stores and riders: open your profile or account screen.
  3. 3Tap Delete account at the bottom, enter your password and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. If an order is still in progress, finish or cancel it first.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Zavki account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What we erase

  • Name, email, phone and profile photo
  • Saved addresses
  • Favourites, cart and notifications
  • Reels you uploaded
  • Sign-in on every device

What we keep

Past orders, reviews and payout records are kept without your personal details, because stores need their sales history and tax and accounting rules require these records. They're no longer linked to anything that identifies you.
