Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash). You may add a profile photo.
- Delivery addresses: the addresses you save, including area, city and delivery instructions. The app does not read your device's GPS location.
- Orders: what you order, from which store, totals, payment method (currently cash on delivery), coupon codes and order status history.
- Reviews and favourites: ratings and comments you write, and the stores and items you save.
- Reels: videos you choose to upload, their captions, and likes, comments, saves and views on reels.
- Store owners: store name, address, phone, opening hours, menu and payout records.
- Riders: vehicle type and plate, city, availability, deliveries completed, earnings and cash-on-delivery balances.
- Technical data: our servers log IP addresses and request details to keep the service secure and prevent abuse. The app has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To place orders, share them with the store and rider who fulfil them, and show order status.
- To calculate store and rider earnings, commissions and payouts.
- To send notifications about your orders, and occasional offers.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Stores see your name, your order and, for deliveries, your address and instructions.
- Riders see what they need to deliver: your name, phone number, address and order.
- Service providers that host our servers, database and media files, under contracts that protect your data.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to run the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we immediately erase your name, email, phone, photo, addresses, favourites, cart, notifications and reels. Orders, reviews and payout records stay, without your personal details, because stores and tax and accounting rules require them.
Your choices and rights
- View and edit your profile and addresses in the app at any time.
- Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or follow these steps.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or a correction, by emailing [email protected].
Children
Zavki is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
