What Zavki does
Zavki is a marketplace. Independent stores sell food and other products through the app, and delivery riders bring orders to customers. The store is responsible for the products it sells, including their quality, ingredients and allergens.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to break these terms or the law.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
Orders, prices and payment
- Prices, delivery fees and estimated times are shown before you order. A store may cancel an order it cannot fulfil.
- Payment is currently cash on delivery, or at the counter for pickup orders.
- Coupons are subject to their stated conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.
- If something is wrong with your order, contact [email protected] within 24 hours and we will work with the store to put it right.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the reviews and reels you post, and give Zavki permission to show them in the app. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Stores and riders
Store owners and riders also agree to the commission, payout and conduct terms shown in the app when they register. Earnings are calculated as shown in their wallet screens.
Liability
We work hard to keep Zavki available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Zavki is not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by stores, riders or events outside our control.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Zavki means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
